Finding job in UI/ UX is absolute trash. Considering opening my own company instead
I completely lol at the requirements these phhhaggots have. Never have I see a job category where even if you have a 2-year experience you will find it hard to get a job.
Have been to 5 interviews and 4 of the maggots didn't even handle a home task to try and test my skills, only questioned me about dumb corp. methodologies like Agile and Scrum or some niche stupid crap that involves their company to which I'm surprisingly aware of (because I like to learn new stuff) but I didn't have the fortune to work on the other 1 company in the world that uses the same crap platform they use.
I constantly see the same pretentious ghey companies on the job post and linkedin for months and I lol every time. How do these phhaggots expect to find anyone when even they don't know how to test people about their experience and focus on ticking cooperative requirement boxes.
I seriously am starting to consider opening my own web/ brand/ product design company. I wanted to gain more experience but knowing I might be waiting like a maggot for a few more months I'm starting to think it might be better to just go ahead and start from now. Not the best designer out there technically but I'm good enough to handle the tasks and have a good feel for design and I'm confident I will learn the stuff I need fast, meanwhile the HR from the ****gy companies will still be searching for a unicorn 1 year later.
Any misc. in the field can give me essential stuff/ tips that is hardly mentioned but good to know?

Are you a minority? Meaning nonwhite? I know of a group on slack that provides tech opportunities to minorities. I saw some UX jobs. I agree with the agile and scrum chit. It's dumb af. No one in tech like those dudes. All they do is get in the way and slow projects down.
I'm on linkedin and been looking for a new job for about a month. So far, I've had 3 interviews and countless conversations with recruiters. Just waiting for the right opportunity.

My issue is that company ****ggots use the most pretentious terminology in their requirements when putting out application. Know SaaS, Know Scrum, Know NPS, Have previous B2B experience - wtf???
I recently realised I actually have experience in SaaS but my former company weren't pretentious terminology maggots. Instead of expanding my design skills, I recently waste more time in learning corporate language created by retard managers who don't have a real skill but want to feel they have.
Also can companies check whether you have worked for certain other company though?
I personally know a guy who sucks at what he does but constantly gets offers from other corporations just because he is working at Postman. Postman and big names have a big reputation around HR phhaggots.

probqably because they want to see whqat your personality is like.
Considering your attitude here, you sound like a ******* and terror to work with. So they were smart not hiring you.

It's actually sooooo easy to get a job right now in that field. The problem is you, not them.
Whenever I have that interview placed on my schedule at 10am when I have work to do, I'm just hoping they are chill and have their chit together so I can pass em through. But 90% of the time they are *******s like OP.
Also 5 interviews is nothing. You should be knocking down 2-4 a week and once you actually get competent and stop being a dickhead, you'll get an offer from most of them. Even with no experience. It's just that your portfolio sucks and your interviewing skills suck.
