Hierarchy - women, minorities, gays, transgenders

For years, the top hierarchy seemed to be women and their rights and issues. But I recently read a story of how a women's college soccer team was uncomfortable with a transgender using the same locker/dressing room as them but were basically told to 'get over it'.

Now we know that on the hierarchy, straight white guys are at the bottom. Probably don't even make the list.

But what is the current hierarchy in your opinion - women, minorities, gays, transgenders, or some other group?
