Saw a black guy with a small penor at the restaurant today srs

Saw a black guy going to the bathroom so I followed him to see his penor,

Saw him peeing so I went to the spot right next to him, and immediately started looking ar his small, flaccid penor. It was 2 inches max, and weirdly shaped dead fk srs. I looked and said ¨it is cold today eh?¨. He didn't reply, sadly.

I played football on an all black team and everyone is the same size op. I remember one dude though had to tape his to his thigh because it really hung to his knee.
