Left-hand sidebar on Instagram all of a sudden

Does anybody have a left-hand navigational sidebar on Instagram all of a sudden? It has almost exactly the same menu as what's in the upper-right-hand corner.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get rid of it. Does anybody know how?

This is on a laptop, of course.

Once again first reply, I just broke this thread's hymen. Anyone else who posts after me is getting my sloppy seconds, my leftovers.

Yeah their pc version looks godawful. Going to assume they're trying to copy Tik Tok as close as possible. Didn't even attempt to try and change it.
