I think it's the default for mixed people, when whites mix with the blacker varieties you get that phenotype.

When whites and asians mix they have a different look and it's much more aesthetic

I always admired my brown brothers and sisters. Seems like the best of both worlds.

I can often tell the difference.

But turn this around.

How would most "darker" people be able to tell a blonde Scot from the average Norwegian from the average Fin from the average Pole, etc etc etc

Although, high-contrast (light to medium brown skin and dark hair) IS actually the most common skin type in the world. I think that the only dividing line there, really, would be East Asian from those who are of Indo-European descent, with Central Asians being kind of a visual bridge, although there are relatively few of those compared to the two other types.

Go to Latin America. My town is mostly Dominican and Puerto Rican. They got people who look white like Irish, black like Kalahari bushmen, Chinese like a railroad worker, Arab like an isis foot soldier and Indian like a dude bathing in sewage water. Latinos are the most vast.

My dad's mixed Persian & Arab. We always joke that he has one of the most generic human looks on the planet. People confuse him all the time for other random Hispanic & Arab dudes cuz he looks so much like them.
