Businesses are run by smarter than average people for the most part. They aren't even paying rent no more.

Listen rent brahs, why are you still paying rent? Tell them you're going to be late. Simple as then leave the rest on read. do not budge.

Next month rolls around, pay half if you get shaky.

You would have to be an idiot to pay full rent in 2022.

When I first started doing this I'd stiff around 5 months of rent. When I got good, I stiffed legit 8 months before.


So you want to move before the papers can be served to you. this is key.

Once you get served papers then it's going to be trouble for sure.

You bounce in the middle of a month out of no where while working on a payment plan with them.

There is NOTHING they can do once you're gone. Go completely NC. this won't affect your credit. they cannot garnish your account or wages if you didn't get served papers.


now you're in the clear =)

I'm honestly considering moving and doing this, I'm renting from some older couple atm they are very old super nice, not sure if I could handle the guilt.
