How is your cardiovascular health? (srs)
Do you own a blood pressure monitor?
Did you already have mud blood genetics before vaccines?
How do you feel about being vaccinated now?
Do you having a living will yet?
Did you avoid the vaccine out of fear of heart attacks?
Are you sterile post-vaccine, or do you have genetics worth of carrying on?
If any of these questions make you uncomfortable, have you considered getting a vasectomy on behalf of humanity?
Spoiler!

If your parents have subhuman genetics, you also have subhuman genetics. Plan your living will as soon as possible.

I made it a point to try and make my cardio health as good as my weight training, it was a personal goal knowing that heart attacks run in my family and the men died at 60 and 64.
I didn't seem to drop all of my muscle mass like i was told here will happen, unless i did several 10k training runs, so i kept it under an hour of constant running.
Because of this, my "Ephedra experiment" which should have been a heart attack was just a super high blood pressure spike.
Whew!

I can’t understand why there are still so many mud blood scares from illiterate journalists who have no fitness standards or practices at all.

I'm now a believer that stress and old age play the largest roll with heart disease. Stress levels have been high of late. Went through a hurricane last month, and have moved in with parents. Overall though, stress levels are not to bad. I tend to get along with the folks most of the time and much of the place has most of the repair work done. Next thursday I might have electricity at my house and I might be able to move back home.
I take a supplement to supposedly help keep my endothelium healthy. Fingers crossed that works.
And I make it a point to get outside in the afternoon, which some studies suggest can be beneficial for heart health.

Blood pressure is slightly high. Usually around 130/85. Doing more cardio to get that down. Had a 2 week heart monitor recently and my heart is fine. Resting heart rate is a bit of a **** show though due to some nerve issues.

That’s why I was asking the blood questions, can’t understand why donation is not common on a bodybuilding forum. It seems like less posters care about health every year. Don’t know why the forum is still online at this point. I have always thought health should be a higher priority than image.
