Why do americans like to circumcise (mutilate) their youths?

Considering circumcision is a barbaric practice which results in significant loss of sexual pleasure and sometimes trauma for those involved?

There are ways to restore your forskin non surgically. Just takes time, practice, and patience to get it mostly back to natural state. There is permanent damage that not even restoring can get back tho. But you can get it mostly back
