An Especially Genetically Inferior Specimen



Whoever this is stood out to me as being particularly dysgenic. I can't picture this individual doing anything other than sitting around watching anime and masturbating into stuffed animals. He should be dispatched slowly, with nothing more than a pair of scissors.
