Asset prices are coming down as a consequence, not because they want them to.
The gubmint gets a large portion of its tax revenue from capital gains, so ideally they would rather have them higher.
Pumping up the markets with cash for the last 20 years would've worked out if people weren't so fookin lazy.
It was an experiment to increase productivity that didn't work out...if anything it made the labor market less productive, in terms of output per dirt ball.
Non-productive employees/consultants, etc are all about to learn what it means when companies have to go on that Ramen noodle diet, at least while all the extra unproductive cash is being withdrawn out of the economy.

The economy needs to crash and free market forces need to allocate the newly jobless to where they are needed instead of subsidizing people to do dumb **** that doesnt bring any value.
Americas infrastructure is crumbling and all the people that need to fix it are currently in sales, insurance, tech competing against women.

It’s certainly not false that we are seeing the biggest transfer of wealth in history. With people being unable to afford housing, raising interest rates, etc., the “common man” can longer buy property and many other things that are of great appreciation in value.
It’s hard to determine what is purposeful, and what isn’t. They have this idea of a utopia, but they have no idea how to get to that utopia, so they just start throwing out ideas and making policies based on those ideas, without ever knowing what the outcome will be.
We’re going to go from a one percent to a .001%, while 99.99% will be below poverty level.
The rich know what’s going on, I’m just not sure leftists actually do.

What concerns me is we have legit imbeciles running this country right now. We are living through some serious and dangerous times and unless leadership changes we are ****ed beyond recognition. If **** truly hits the fan ( economy crashes, world war) every liberal shouls be rounded and sent first wave to the front lines and forced to give the money they have to the people that are suffering because of their stupidity.

The fed is actually currently in the red. They are having to borrow with a promise to pay with future revenue in order to balance their books. It’s not an ideal situation to be in obviously but with inflation where it is, rate hikes will have to continue.
All top economies are taking this approach. Russia on the other hand is CUTTING interest rates with 14% reported inflation. It’s the same route Turkey went and they are dealing with a current inflation rate of 85%. Rest in piss to Russia’s economy.

Socialism/social constructionism —- fascism —- communism…Utopia?
