Attention childless misc home owners of the misc

How does it feel knowing your house when you die wll that hard work you did and yoi can guarantee that trust law will change and your house will be given to some Hispanic boarder jumper. I promise you wealth transfer will be so expensive and designed that housing will have to be given up when the elites have their way.

Already got that set up so it goes to someone I've known a long time. This person I know will most likely sell everything for max value and then take the money and double it in a few years. They don't even need the money. Originally it was going to this dog rescue group but did more research and decided that too many chances individuals in that group would skim it and I didn't like some of their practices.
