Guys apparently worth loads of money but spends all his time getting butthurt on the misc.

Constantly getting into arguments amount
Topics and markets he has no experience in for validation. Aka keeps bringing in his unwanted and worthless opinion on us real estate even though he has no experience buying real estate in us.

Too low value to cheat on his wife and is likely a manlet, possibly a ******

Wife is a PHD student in Canberra so arts at ANU, will have to follow her was around to places like Bathurst or rural south Australia for her “career” as a uni lecturer on intersexual dynamics.
