Is crazy how Christianity dominated Rome and the world ?

Jesus started his ministry in the small backwater nation of Israel and it took only 380 years until the Roman Empire, the peak of civilization, to formally convert to it.

Imagine it as if a religion started in a small country like Maldives and the US converted to that religion. Crazy huh?

Not religious but Christianity is something that gives me hope. It's stood the test of time and USA is based on Christian principles. The woke religion is fairly new and most new cults phase out.

Islam has entered the chat

It started off with a handful of followers and in a few decades they broke the backs of the byzantines and persians at the same time… nothing but god has the right to be worshipped. Not a stone, not angels, not prophets (that includes Jesus ‘alayhi salam), not saints, nothing except god

Yes the Roman emperors turned to fanaticism as their empire devolved into anarchy and Rome became a puppet state of whatever powerful king ruled the lands, from Charlemagne to Napoleon.

bringing christianity to the masses was the original jewish conspiracy srs.

st paul and st peter stayed in touch with top rabbis reporting on how their missionary work was going until their deaths srs.

Not the same, Islam grew from conquest, convert or die, or convert or get stolen from. Christianity grew from people converting of their own free will, inspired by martyrs.

Dumb, considering early Christians were just jews. Many stories in the Bible about missionaries traveling to synagogues first in foreign lands to establish a base. Also the fact that St Peter was literally the right hand man of Jesus.

Miscers who like philosophy should read about saints. Stoicism is cool and all but St Therese of Lisieux not only had stoicism but grace and elegance from God when dealing with hardship that makes life beautiful

The special thing about Rome and its involvement was that Romans were specifically involved in Christ fulfilling His prophecy, and it was the largest most powerful civilization.

So your analogy of Maldives isn't technically applicable - Judea was a Roman protectorate at the time. The union was almost divine, because then a few hundred years later after Peter and Paul had established the churches in Rome, the crisis of the 3rd/4th century in Roman history played a critical part of conversion. Imagine this:

Romans are penniless, they are praying to Jupiter for food and clothing and shelter and nothing is happening - but these Christians are opening their coffers and doors to all of the poor and the meek and the sick. Jupiter gives us nothing, while this Christ-God feeds my family and I!

The base tenets of charity, helping others, the Beatitudes of Christ, were changing the way people treated each other. Romans flocked to Christianity because it was about true compassion and community. Didn't matter if you were a slave, an equestrian, a noble, a legionary - you could believe (in secret at this point still), but everyone was inherently valuable because of their SOUL and being made in His image.

Romans mistreated Christians for a very long time until Milvian Bridge and Constantine happened, followed by The Edict of Milan. The rest is history.

Jesus Christ, Son of Man, had the BIGGEST INFLUENCE on humanity, more than anyone who has ever lived. This was intended and was right, since He was the key to salvation - the revival of fallen Adam and the redemption of the tears of Eve. He will come again to judge us, seated at the right hand of the Father.
Only 3 options to Jesus;

1.Most popular man of all time
2.Most popular invention of all time
3.God

In all cases the 120 pages of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are worth reading.

As someone who has read all books and philosophers, I say he is God, but it's still worth it for everyone to read him in any case.

There is a reason the satanic maggots that run the world removed the bible/prayer from schools
