It's 6 days in and landlord begging me for payment

but i dont have the money. guess i will just keep living here, existenting, not paying.

I'm not a landlord, but that chit would be stressful to me.

They'll take it back or they'll outright shut off water and plumbing to the unit. Or, they'll just wait until you leave the house and break in themselves

and regardless of what happens at the end of the day, this will go on your permanent record, so when you try to rent again they can see that you were essentially a squatter.

i dont think you know the laws. its highly illegal if they cut off my utilities for nonpayment. in fact i can sue if they do that. break in?? they steal my stuff i will come banging on their doors and probaly do bad things to their home. rememer its not mine its theirs.

nope i live in this guys basement

only rent a room but i taking over the basement and kitchen. "thats ok" cuz he only eats out.... imagine buying 450k house and just staying in the same room... LOL. i use the backyard and garage for blasting music. i basically own this house for 600/mth. soon to take over.

You say you'll sue, but you have no money. Newsflash: Lawyers didn't go to school for 7-8 years and open a practice for charity. All these guys you hear about that will take your case and you only pay if you win is for personal injury cases where it's cut and dry that they will win.
