Anyone else reach muscular fatigue really fast?

For example, if I bench press, I'm good for like 5 heavy sets of 5, or whatever, with minimal drop off.

But then if shoulder pressing is part of that same workout and is up next, I'll be drastically weaker in it, and will get drastically fewer reps.

It's obviously some kind of fuel thing within the muscle that has been drained from my body... what would prevent that. Creatine?

The fall off is just drastic, and I believe it's more drastic than what is normal for most people. I'm wondering if I'm deficient in something maybe?
