I'll tell you when I turn 30, but I am in the middle of getting a small promotion which should net me a raise up to $43-45/hr. If you spread my bonus across the year its effectively $59/hr.

About 60 an hour plus incentives giving me another 20-40% by the year end. That was a lot of money for my family pre-covid & bidinflation. Thankfully property ownership and a job offer put me well over that now

I wouldn't do it the same way if I had to do it all over again, but I'm grateful I did it anyway.

$12CDN/hr (ca $10US/hr) which increased to $15CDN/hr (ca $12.50US/hr) about 2 years later. 2004, 2006 respectively. At least my living expenses were low at the time - $585/mo rent, all-inclusive (except for phone), and public transport of ca $100/mo. In Toronto.
