Men who can only fornicate and attempt to reproduce with their extremities, must be exterminated, for the betterment of our society.A man who can only attempt to reproduce with himself, not a man, and most certainly not a human. Men who cannot even achieve this must but put on display in the village center, with their full nakedness exposed to the village. They must left left there without food or water, to slowly rot and dry as the ravens and vultures peck away at their meaningless existence, from genital to cerebellum. We will fill the womb of our new society with the seed of worthy men.
