i never had a big flash bang awakening and my 3rd eye opened. but i definitely see stuff differently now. it's probably obvious stuff, but I find it ludicrous how large percentages of the UK life their life

Are you talking about Minds Eye? What you use to see visual memory, imagination and dreams. Those three are all light, when you generate visuals in your brain you are generating light. Light defies time and is massless.

Think of a basketball. Do you see it in your mind? If you don't. Would you recognize a basketball if it was in your vision? You would? The basketball is a mental focus in your head. Try recalling a memory of yours playing with basketball. Do you visually see it in your memory? You need memory to have imagination and have a good minds eye.

Another good way to build up mental focuses with visual counterparts in the minds eye is to look at objects, when you actively looking at that object, think the word for the object as you stare at it. Switch focus and repeat the names of every item you visually focus on. This will help build up your repertoire of visual/mental focuses and lead to you being able to think of a word and recall the image of it.

I've had my 3rd Eye ("Pineal Gland") activated 2 or 3 times. Once in a group meditation sitting where Tibetan bowls were being played and people were chanting "Hu" (rather than "Om"), and White Sage was requisitely burned at the beginning of the session. It was just a "feeling". I didn't "see" anything. But it felt nice. I attended a few of those sittings and that happened once or twice.

The other time was the only time I ever went to worship at a Jewish Temple. It was a conservative temple. Neither Orthodox or Liberal. Just merely conservative. A fairly tight-knit group of people, it seemed. There was a real energy there that was kind of special. I didn't expect anything like that to happen. But it did. Again...I didn't "see" anything. Just a nice feeling.

People don't realize that the third is a real phenomenon.

It permits you to "see" things right in the middle of your mind, so to speak. This is important. And the ability can be diminished depending on your state of health.

Being able to "see" things with your minds eye helps you to do things like draw, learn, or recall. The combustion engine was created using the third eye because you have to "see" all the working parts in your mind first before you can create it on paper. To come up with a concept such as intake stroke, combustion stroke, exhaust stroke, requires a strong minds eye.

Many great inventions stems from people with strong 3rd eyes.

Well actually my kundalini energy was awakened and at times it goes up to my heart and sometimes the third eye, where i can perceive things about people and life that everybody else seems to miss.

Sometimes I can flat out what somebody is thinking about - primarily because we are all one consciousness, so you're really just experiencing thoughts, inside of another body...

Third eye is a sort of 'all knowing' thing, where you can just look at something and you know... I'd guess that people who are even more advanced can go even further and beyond this dimension..
