I think I caught the flu ....

**** this sucks. Feel like chit.

Not corona according to at home test. Probably just regular flu that's going around right now. Chit man been years since I caught it.

I'm cranking up the heat, taking vit d, c, zinc, and going to water fast.

diet yolo under 34 and yes. this was the sickest ive been since 2018, i normally get a mild cold at most never got covid

Had it a few weeks ago. Hit me so much harder than the rona. Brb lost 5 lbs and 15 lbs off my bench in a week.

Also have the flu right now. 100.4 temp today. I usually only run temps around 99 if that. The bodyaches, runny nose and cough are very tough. Already taken 10 sick days this year (I'm a teacher) because I had covid. Been sick almost half the semester it seems. Hope to wake up tomorrow feeling mostly better. Maybe I'll get the flu shot next year.

I'm mid-30s athletic with healthy diet and exercise intensely 6 hours/week (5'11 180 + visible abs/serratus)

Almost over it all. Got a sore throat, blowing out chunky green/yellow stuff. Coughing up the same chit mostly in the mornings.

I think it was 1-2 days after making this post I woke up one morning and my dangling thing in the back of my throat had swollen up so bad I almost couldnt breathe lol.

Covid (delta) wasnt as bad as this lol. I never really got a fever from this so not sure if flu or just cold?

i had the same my throat was inflamed and sore to even breathe was puking up dark green stuff horrible congestion fever etc

Yep. After a couple years hiatus flu is back big time this year. I just might get a flu shot for the first time.

Its omicron, I'm still recovering too

Tested myself first three days nothing. Think it's just the flu. But maybe I tried testing too early.

I'm hoping my old practices of getting some UV exposure and eating healthy keeps me flu and cold free for another winter.

Thanks. Woke up this morning and still a bunch of snot and this time it was much worse with brown/blood in it. I think its partly the change in weather air dry as fukk too. But damn its taking forever to fukk off.

I don't really feel sick though so that's good.

Also had to have a fukkin molar tooth pulled out today so that was fun. Thank fukk no more pain though.

Worst part was I wasn't fully numb. I could deff feel that chit at times when the doc was hitting the tooth nerve. Took like an hour of pulling too no joke. My fookin teeth roots are insane. All that milk I drank as a kid lol.
