What have been your best performing stocks?

I started investing again in my Webull account 3 months ago, and so far.....

VZ (Verizon) is "only" down 1.50%, and pays out 7.5% in dividends.

WMT (Walmart) is UP 4.50%, and pays out 1.61% in dividends.

The bulk of my investments are in VOO and VTI (Vanguard S&P 500 and total stocks), and a 1/4 is ETH (Ethereum). I'm down 7% in vanguard, and 10% in Ethereum. However this changes on a daily basis going up and down lol.

I put in an aggressive amount early since a lot of stuff dropped around that time, and focusing on 25% of my income into everything (with 90% going into VOO, WMT and VZ) and I'm putting 6% of my income into my company match 401K. If I get rich in 30 years, great, but I'm at least trying to work above inflation and save in these difficult times.

What has been working best for you?

I gave up on investing into individual companies. My picking was poor. I've done well over time with SPY,the S&P500 ETF stock and a few others that are similar. It doesn't go up as much but is safer i feel to invest into.

Saw todays inflation report had inflation cooling slightly. Seems the pro traders were happy to see that with the stock market way up this morning. Nice to see considering how poorly the stock market has done this year.

VOO and VTI are redundant unless they're in different accounts. For example, my Roth IRA is VTSAX, but in my taxable I have VFIAX. No real reason other than I didn't know at the time they perform virtually the same. Why buy individual stocks? That's silly. Look up the irrelevance of dividends. If your goal is to buy and hold, you actually do not want dividends. They're effectively a forced sell off and they create taxable events.

Something about investcels that I don't understand, is it really worth the time and effort to do this ? Putting in hours watching the market and not even making life changing money.

Not saying investing is dumb, I dump my money in an index and call it a day.
