Palm Springs, CA is PARADISE (pics) (HBBs) (GTFIH)

Palm Spring was one of Frank Sinatra's favorite places in the world. He described it as a paradise. The desert, mountains and hot springs are top tier nature TBH. It's an incredible place.

It's also full of hotties. It's estimated that over 10% if the city is gay.

Imagine being in a hot spring, in the mountains with an HBB by your side. Hnnnnggg.

Was literally thinking of buying some investment property in Palm Springs at the bottom of the housing market crash, but OP's post convinced me to start looking at Desert Hot Springs and other alternatives instead.
