Do parents of losers and nerds realize their kid is a loser or nerd?

Or do they have blinders on? Or maybe they are losers themselves since that’s what it takes to raise one?

They know.

When their kid does something retarded they'll just look at you with eyes that say "I tried my best".

That's like asking if parents of sloots know their daughter is a sloot.

bill gates was a fuken NERD. did you see that documentary where his sister said he'd lock himself in his room and not come out unless forced? think shee said he'd do math problems or something

then his parents were high up and they'd force him to social gatherings which he didn't want to go to

idk.... think you gotta let the chips fall where they may. try to guide

what can you even do besides send them to a charter school or something if they rebel? not everybody can afford private school

you might say forced sports but i grew up in that realm and you got guys who'd mope around and not fit in there either. not exactly sure you can "force" that chit if they're unwilling

Cut off vidya
Cut off tv
Cut off junk food

Make them engage in various athletic activities young so they instantly aren’t the fat or uncoordinated team on the sports team that everyone hates

it's weird. it's not always, as some strict households might do alright.. but you got the opposite side where they'll rebel. trying to constrict them too much might create resentment. and then you got a problem where they wont listen to you because you're pressing on their autonomy

not sure its always 100% steadfast that way. but you might be right in trying to do it in their younger years

grew up with tons of dudes who were also into sports and then around high school time get into popularity and social stuff and sports may fall by the wayside

guess they might not be "nerds" per se but is od'ing on drugs or alcohol better?

Being a nerd and being a loser are 2 different things.

If my son was a "nerd" and into science, computers, technology and didn't like to lift or play sports..I wouldn't give a chit as long as he was a good person.

If my son was a "loser" and did drugs, knocked up some slut, had no job, ****ty grades, etc. then I would be disappoint.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

They know. Especially when their kid is always getting bullied and they have to step in. You think they don't know? LOL
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
