In case this chit happens again? I've been literally depressed all fkn weekend. Had no idea what was happening. Tried finding the misc discord and had no luck. Had absolutely no way to contact the boyos.

Been here since 06 and have never seen anything like that. It really made the think of the possibility of the entire site being shutdown permanently down the road. A new vboard dedicated for misc would be a good idea.

This. That's what happened with misccrew.com. it was dead AF over there. Pogue's ranting fukked up the first round of it. Second time around it never took off at all and went 404 after a month.

Reddit doesn't work how misc is supposed to. We have comments happening in order here and threads can stay up perpetually as long as people are responding. Doesn't work that way in reddit.

And I appreciate your effort and you probably have the best intentions but I've seen random plebs launch sites just to take people's info and then shut down right after. I just don't trust some random dude to carry this forum on his back. That's why none of these sites work.

Honestly our best bet is probably to just join another known place like getbig forums if this place goes.
