We buy in bulk, mostly focusing on a protein-rich diet. I'd say probably 150-200$ a week max as we're splurging a bit more. I've been able to cap it at 400$ a month in the past when money was tighter.

I buy my grains (Rice and Quinoa primarily) in 25lb bags off Amazon. I get rice at about $1-$1.50/lb and Quinoa at sub $3/lb. Only way I break this is if I see pasta or basmati/brown rice on sale for $1/lb at the grocery store

Grocery shopping is primarily for Eggs, Peanut Butter, Veggies and Meats. I go through about 2-3lbs of beef or chicken a week as well as 28 eggs. I spend about $40-$50/wk.

About $175-200 per week currently, and that includes how much I'm spending on protein powder.

And that's just me, not counting my wife.

Around $300/week for my wife and I and adding to the 3 months stash under the stairs.

I work from home, so I eat all meals from home and she brings breakfast & lunch.

I'm also maintaining 6'6" 250 and she's preggers so.....we eat more than the normal couple.

For my actual food that I eat during the week I'd say between $50-$70. If you add in household necessities or added expenses when spices/pantry staples run out not really sure.

We (man and his woman) are at around 400 per week, Whole Foods delivery or else this awesome butcher in Brooklyn for meats.

We do eat out a lot though on top of that - one of the bigger expenditures here. 1 babka yesterday from Zabar's was 20 bucks itself lol.

$100-$150 depending on what I get.

Up from roughly $60-$100 about two years ago. I tend to cook on the cheap, but that usually is not my main factor when deciding what to buy although it has been a little bit more of a factor recently.

~$500-600/week. Family of 4. Lots of organic, pasture raised, etc...food quality and clean ingredients are one of the most important things for us.

Eat out maybe 1x/month.

I have 3 kids, but my wife stays at home and cooks. I used to spend a good 250 a week, but it went down when I started buying half cows and we have chickens laying more eggs than we need now.

About $80 if that.

I cook all my own meals and never eat pre packed stuff or fast food. Of course I eat bread and chips and stuff, I dont make my own but no frozen meals and such.
