For the last month, I have been struggling with it. Everything was going good, too good to be true and then all of a sudden things went south. As of late I haven't been able to enjoy the moment. I'm always worrying about goofy things, especially at night, my mind just starts thinking about random things. How bout you?

Almost never. Never have. At least not in a negative sense. I honestly didn't know what anxiety was until a gf said she had it and I was 22. Still don't really understand it. srs.

I have times I get nervous a bit or on edge but those are typically positive for me because it means I have to pay attention more or be on top of my game or something. Like when it is snowing hard and I'm driving. That's just alertness though.

Best wishes to you. You're gonna make it.

I struggle a lot with anxiety. Unfortunately I had more than normal this year. Sometimes breathing exercises helps (there's an Android app I use and recommend). Reading fiction also helps me to get out of my own thoughts for a bit.

Hang in there.

Hey. Although, you weren't speaking to me diaphragmatic breathing exercises helped with my anxiety as well.

4LbVEmyoutube]
Yes, definitely. It's probably one of the easiest ways to hack your body response to all kinds of stress, but many people don't try it for whatever reason.

The app I use on Android is called Prana Breath and it has various techniques built in, from well-studied methods to more ancient techniques. I found one that works really well for me (labeled Relax in the app). Highly recommend to Android brahs/brahettes

Yes. Heavily considering going on Nardil, heard it destroys anxiety. Have put it off for a while because I don't want to become a zombie though

I struggle with it when my skills and meds don't hold it down. Then I get stomach pains, chest pains and burning skin all over. It's really miserable. It's been bad lately as I've had a lot of family deaths and emergencies.

I do paced breathing, paired muscle relaxation, scented lotions (or for a guy you can have essential oils at your desk). You can put a mint in your mouth and slowly taste it. Anything that keeps you mindful and in the moment instead of worrying.

I never had anxiety before I was in my late 20s, so it was hard to understand it when it first broke out.
