If I was a VC firm....

I'd buy up all the liquor stores in 'hoods around the country. Just went to one to fix a cooler this morning and was doubtful the place would be open at 8am....turns out everyone needs the cigs and fifths of vodka even at 8 am around here. Making money hand over fist.
