Lots of good chit in beef liver. Only downside I find is if I eat enough of it my breath gets rotten AF.

Shoot I'm used to that from sardines (kippered Herring) lol. I've read soaking in milk helps make it milder.

I'll usually just marinate a piece in some Dale's Sauce and do it in a skillet like a steak.

I was about to make a thread on this op.

I ordered some from a local grass fed farm. Picking it up next week.

I need ideas on how to mix it into food so I can’t taste it lol

Edit: I’m thinking about chopping it up very tiny and mixing it into my ground beef.

That's a pretty decent idea. I wonder how it's go chopped up and fried with home fries (w/garlic, onions, pepper). Found this recipe, not sure about all that flour and wasting milk, but gets rave reviews:

Curious about this idea too:

I wish I could eat liver but it’s terrible. Even if I add a ton of spices and sauce I still can’t eat it. Feel like I’m gonna puke eating it. No idea how anyone actually enjoys it.
