What is the GOAT hamstring exercise?

Been looking to break these badboys wide open. Bulk is going well but need to get the hamstrings involved. Been including Romanian Deadlifts and standing hamstring curl machine in the last week.

Anything else to consider? Im not squatting. Ill accept any losses from not squatting i have no time for that.

Apparently seated curls are the way to go

For me, always been RDL and leg presses with my feet wide and high on the platform

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I injured my Achilles so I can’t put weight on it. I go with regular leg curls.
