Bought my 2 BR appartment 5 years ago for +/- €140k (70k downpayment, 10 year loan lol, the Belgian way)
Recently sold it for €220k in this absurd market (had to drop down cause it started becoming hard to find buyers)

Officially going to invest it all into my portfolio (DCA 1-2y into 75% stocks/25% bonds)
Belgium has a price-to-rent ratio of 30 so I'll rent like a king srs.

Moved back in with my parents for a few weeks until I find something nice for 3y.
Currently deciding between these 2 properties
