The Argument Against Buying a House... What If Someone Wants To Kill You?

As America devolves into low IQ degeneracy, financial ruin and irreversible demographic shift(dark); murders will become more common. Similar to Brazil and South Africa.

Let's say you live in a nice detached or a more poverty townhouse.... but what if someone decides they want to kill you? it would be so easy to find out where you live and then it's game over. he can come in the middle of the night. it's a wrap

Your entire family might end up killed.

Now if you live in a penthouse condo. it's not happening. Killer would have to go through 2 securities and 5 cameras before coming to my front door. JFL even if he passes all that to end up at my front door, I start screaming like a woman. the entire floor finna bumrush this killer. There's no getting away.

in a detached house, Nobody can hear you scream LMFAO it's OVER for you

Or, I can just own a house and hire security and still pay less than your penthouse condo.

Or, just use one of many guns.

Rent is due in 7 days, BTW.

Is this the thinks of the average American or is OP stupid?

Like do Americans have to actually be cautious about not getting murdered for no reason?

I can safely say that thought never crosses my mind and I don't reckon I've locked my house at night or while I'm not there for years.

I can’t think of many things penthouses would be safer for except maybe floods and zombie attacks if the zombies can’t work door knobs or stairs/elevators

I have never had a random stranger knock on my door since I've in a penthouse.

Had that happen weekly at my dad's house. we lived in a good area too. that means people have EASY access to you. Just some glass and most people don't have a solid security network.

But what if you are going about your day and rubbed someone the wrong way and they decided they want to kill you? You are literally a sitting duck in a house.

Gotta hand it to the rentcucks these cope threads are getting more and more creative

*checks calendar*

Ah. I see. Carry on.

Also: lol at not knowing that other residents don’t have access to the penthouse. If you’re going to make up stories better have enough background knowledge to make them believable.

A penthouse equivalent of a detached house could be gated, or be in a gated community

I mean if you care that much and have the money to put into it, you can buy your own land and build a mini fortress

Neigborhoods aren't what they used to be.

Homeowners used to look out for each other which was great for security.

But now people live in their own little bubble. Do you know the names of your neighbors? Do you even care?

This kind of mentality leaves you vulnerable.

Op does have a point with how fast and shiity America is being retardified and turned into a third world country full of feral humans, this will be what nice homes in suburbs will need to look like, similar to white areas in South Africa

In a condo they could easily access your unit from a shared wall or balcony.

In a private residence you can have patrolling attack dogs, remote cameras, and a fortified safe room with no external access. Reinforced concrete walls. Food and water storage, escape tunnel, whatever you dream up and your wallet can afford. Hell you could have a separate concrete bunker built below or beside your home. Many people did in the 50s and 60s.

The walls are reinforced concrete, the windows/doors have alarmed antibandit glass and the basement was built as a bunker with a blast door; which functions just fine as a panic room.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

I don't know bro. Being unable to hear any of the occupants scream in a detached home is more of a win for most miscers.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Foreclosed in last house, can barely pay rent in piss soaked carpeted crack house, but somehow thinks he will rent a penthouse.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Rodger stabbed three men to death in his chitty condo, apparently one by one on their arrival. About three hours later, he drove to a sorority condo, and after failing to get inside shot three women outside, two of whom died. He next drove past a nearby deli and shot a male student inside to death. He then began to drive through Isla Vista, shooting and wounding several pedestrians from his car and striking several others with his car. He exchanged gunfire with police twice, and was injured in the hip. After his car crashed into a parked vehicle, he was found dead inside with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

But that's the problem with a condo. While you may occupy a certain portion of it you don't own the building. So an Elliot Roger could be your neighbor. Or the maintenance man could be a son of sam. Or the cleaning lady could be in the cartel. You have no real security.
