What are the arguments for red meat being unhealthy?

And what are the arguments going against that statement?

Dr Shawn Baker posts studies about how that was debunked. Red meat is not unhealthy.

A lot of time 'meat eaters' are just grouped in with people that eat a standard American diet full of processed foods & junk foods.

Assuming your eating actual meat and not ultra processed crap is pretty much the most nutritious stuff on the planet.

Claims about red meat being unhealthy are generally made either by evil scum who want you to eat their bugs and unhealthy and harmful to the planet plant meats or buy absolute retards who don’t understand elementary difference between cold cuts full of chemicals versus organic grass fed pasture raised beef.

The fact is growing excessive plants is actually extremely harmful. Given amount of pesticides used to grow them. while the best thing you can ever do to soil is to have cows on it, which fertilizes the soil, and makes things grow on it as animals put minerals back into the soil.

There is also context which retards seem to miss, let’s say you had a McDonald’s cheeseburger, did you really just eat meat? No, you did not, you ate garbage, you ate dairy, gluten, fried unhealthy oils, and most likely Coca-Cola full of sugar, chemicals, caffeine and other poisonous garbage, but evil scum and retards who say meat is harmful Actually believe that it is the beef in the cheeseburger that is causing the health problems, these people are retarded, and should be ignored.

Wasn't there a correlation (not causation) of red meat and colon cancer or something?
Possibly debunked but it's funny how things persevere.

The people saying it's unhealthy also tell you that Covid killed millions, the vax kills none, releasing carbon dioxide is gonna cook the planet, etc. They have no trustworthiness left.

I think miscers have already touched base on it. It's not the meat itself, but the chit companies include in the meat that are the biggest issue. I mean yes steaks and certain cuts might be harder to break down on the digestive track, but I have over 30lbs of 90/10 ground beef in my freezer from a local butcher that owns a ranch. The only way that gets healthier for red meat would be a lower fat content. But just LOL @ the prices of anything leaner.

The vilification of red meat started back in the KGB days.

Their main objective was to remove the ruggedness of the American male as part of their destabilization plan. Around that time red meat suddenly started being vilified by the media and universities.

Same media and universities the KGB said would be the first ones they wanted to control because they already thought like soviets. srs.

There was never anything wrong with red meat.

In an unprecedented effort, health scientists at the University of Washington scrutinized decades of research on red meat consumption and its links to various health outcomes, introducing a new way to assess health risks in the process. They only found weak evidence that unprocessed red meat consumption is linked to colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and ischemic heart disease, and no link at all between eating red meat and stroke.

As with most things, its dose dependent. Red meat in itself is not “unhealthy”, but eating “too much” red meat may be. Though a lot of the unhealthy parts come from overcooking/charring, which can also be counteracted with herbs and spices to some degree. A lot of the correlation of colon cancer is more to do with processed meats.

Yup. This is from the NHS website, no less. Sounds very half arsed to me:

"How much red and processed meat should we eat?

Red meat (such as beef, lamb and pork) can form part of a healthy diet. But eating a lot of red and processed meat probably increases your risk of bowel (colorectal) cancer.

Processed meat refers to meat that has been preserved by smoking, curing, salting or adding preservatives. This includes sausages, bacon, ham, salami and pâtés.

If you currently eat more than 90g (cooked weight) of red or processed meat a day, the Department of Health and Social Care advises that you cut down to 70g."

It’s useless to discuss nutrition on the misc cause these monkeys listen to Shawn Baker and Joe Rogan for health advice, and think that the “elites” don’t want them to eat steak

Do some reading:

Look at the population studies referenced in these and make up your own mind
