Gonna try No Alcohol/Fap for a month...

How hard is this going to be and how much better am I gonna feel at the end of December? I fap 4x a week and drink around 15 to 20 beers a week.

was actually considering this as well. i could really use a break from both. i did nofap for a month this year and during that time i felt a lot more energetic and optimistic.
