Anyone else noticing people yelling from inside their cars?
There's a lot of people in my city that shout when they see me walking down a busy road, which is near my apartment complex.

No, haven't had that happen to me.
Have noticed many people around here leaving their car doors hide open. Don't know what is up with that, air the auto out? I don't know. Seems to be a southern thing though. You wouldn't see this in LA, Chicago or New York with all the auto thefts there.
