Yea bruh. When I was 13 to about 16, I was addicted to smoking but I only would do it on weekends. I'd end up not smoking during the week and chain-smoking all weekend. I wound up with bronchitis at the start of the week over and over again. I'd occasionally quit smoking, but every time I was back at it I'd wind up with bronchitis. After about the third or fourth case of bronchitis, I finally put 2 and 2 together and quit smoking like that.

If you're gonna be an occasional smoker, then it's 1-2 cigs max.

& yes I do still smoke because I crave em no matter how long it's been since I quit. I just keep it at 2 or 3 per week now. I haven't had bronchitis for over a decade. Woodknock.

Oh dear God, no. Did you ask your mommy to tuck you up in bed and read you a bedtime story?

For reference Clint Eastwood smoked a 100 cigs a day and banged well over 10,000 sloots, whilst maintaining a successful acting career and a high rep Misc account.

10 cigarettes over 3 days m8. Your body needs to recover. I don't condone cigarette smoking. I hate the smell.
