Just found out that shamooing the hair is a total scam srs.
As long as you are washing it with water at least once in 2 days it wont look dirty.
Havent shampooed the hair for more than a month. Its not dirty, not oily, no dandruff, does not smell, not rough to touch and easily stylable.
Why tf was I using hair shampoos all those years man.

Most shampoos are horrible for your scalp and hair, as it washes away the natural oils that protect it. The do smell good though. (Ded fkn Srs)

I used to have lots of dandruff. About 6 years ago or so I switched to olive oils soaps. Every passing year I have even less dandruff I think last 2 years Ive had none

a majority of the soaps and shampoos you find at the store has chemicals that are harmful to the scalp and hair. A long while back, I switched to olive oil soap for the scalp and switch it up with pine tar soap from time to time

I'm thinking of buying it from villages from now. They make their own. Either that or I'll learn how to do it myself

Used to have HORRIBLE dandruff and dry scalp. Grew up in a humid climate too so it made going outside a nightmare.
Everyone kept telling me to shampoo MORE when the only thing that truly helped was not shampooing at ALL.
After 1-2 weeks, your heads natural oils come back and from there, just regular hair washed with water is all you really need. I have curly hair so I need to condition it otherwise it gets frizzy. Condition after shower once a week. Tea tree oil based shampoo (to clean scalp from gunk) + condition once every 10 days. Thats all.
