I've noticed every time I go to a library, the staff always finds a reason to fiddle with the books behind me. I've been going to the library at least 4 times a week for the last 8 months when my laptop was destroyed. I recently purchased a new one from a black friday sale. anyhow I never buy anything using public computers but I was interested in getting those wallets where the cards shoot up so I went to aliexpress and didn't look behind me as it was only two children (big mistake people use their kids all the time) anyhow, I purchased one for like $4 on aliexpress. when I got into work today (I work at a gym) one of the members brought up buy his wife a juicer, I shrugged it off and was about to walk away when he said "you know the site I like to order from alot is aliexpress" this triggered my paranoia right away. he dragged on the conversation because i think he was trying to figure out what it was that i ordered but i told him i order a whole list of things from that site in the past, I haven't used that site in over a year but just creepy how everyone is constantly trying to learn everything. cant a man have privacy?

also I could be paranoid and he wasn't fishing for information but I mean common ...

I'm officially removing myself from the grid friday and I cant wait, my new landlord ensured me that there were no cameras on the property and the tenant upstairs will never have to interact with me. I'm hoping 30 days way from the internet might help reset my dopamine levels

nobody tell OP that windows 10 and windows 11 have a ton of microsoft's telemetry and its constantly sending data back and forth to their servers and you really cant turn it off. Even if you edit the registry every update it just turns it back on.
