doing it for about a year now. Is it monday-fridayfor you ? You won't get nearly the same quality sleep during the day you would at night. You might techinically have been asleep for 7 hours during the day, but will be a less deeper sleep.

Sucks when you are off and awake during the middle of the night and everyone else is sleeping.

I've been doing it like 16 years now with zero issues.

It took at least a year to adjust to it. First thing you should do is buy blackout curtains, and even blackout window stickers if need be. I didn't think about any of that chit for like the first 2 years. They make all the difference. Doesn't matter when I sleep now, it's pitch black in my room.

It's just my regular schedule now. I sleep fine and doesn't feel any different than anything else. Always have the option to sacrifice some sleep, or adjust your sleep schedule for social events etc, which I like a lot. Sometimes I'll go to bed when I get home at like 6:30. Sometimes I'll stay up till 10am etc.Plenty of time to sleep and get **** done during the day i fyou need to as well.

Nights are more peaceful. Yes, most general places are closed after 8-10 but they can easily supplemented by other 24/7 options or some stores that close 12-1. You don't have to deal with traffic.
