Experimental ways to improve soccer

1. The field is way too big. Shorten the field to, let's say, 100 yards (arbitrary number).
2. Allow players to pick up and run with the ball.
3. Allow tackling of the player with the ball.
4. Replace the goals with end zones.
5. Shorten the game (way too long) from 90 minutes to 60 minutes. Break the 60 minutes into 15 minute quarters.

I think these minor changes would greatly improve soccer.
It is the current year.

Only agree with this if they add so many commercials the entire game lasts at least 5 hours.

Walls around the field so the ball stays in play and you can bank the ball off the walls to make passes

I just want rules so that if you are 6 foot 7 250 pounds of lean muscle and run a 4.5 40, the assumption isn't "s9rry you are just too big for soccer"

Imagine being a literal atheltic freak and not being able to be an elite soccer player because the sport caters to sub 160 pound manlets.

Get penalized for flopping.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Those people can't play any serious sports except powerlifting or something. If you have no endurance there's no serious sports where you can excel in.
