Reps out brahs - Employer moved me from contractor to full time

Long story short I graduated w/ a computer science degree in March and was hired on a 12 month contract at a NOC for a Fortune 500. Salary was decent, but 0 paid time off until 1 year and no sick days. Just hit 7 months out of my 12 month contract here and I got a call after work yesterday saying they want to bring me on full time.

Finalized the schit today - 10% pay increase (In addition to my 10% increase last month as I hit 6 months) + 3 weeks PTO + 5 sick days.

Great news for the short term with the pay hike and PTO and great news for the future term as this is A1 resume fodder.

Praise allah my guys we all gon make it.
