Would never work on a salary basis. Hourly employee FTW.
Can work my minimum of 37.5 hours. Can take as much OT as I want (average 30 hours a week)

Working extra hours at your preferred job to get your ideal salary probably means you're not very good at what you do.

As you become more proficient at your job, the higher you command in terms of salary.

ive worked jobs like that and they get old quick, cant stand boredom was ready to blow my brains. id rather stay busy, not swamped just be able to work slow and steady.

Exchanging precious time on this planet for money is the ultimate cuck behavior.

The only people who should do that are people whose time and investment would yield such a large return that it results in them retiring early and never having to work again, OR, results in them being able to move into the next stage in which they delegate the work to someone else. Basically, only put in stupid hour if there's a clear light at the end of the tunnel.

The most logical path is the one in which you take the necessary hours so long as rent/mortgage is paid, bills are paid, enough for grocery, and a little bit on the side for saving. That's it.
