Used to own two suits and a few pairs of nice dress shoes. Owned like 8 nice ties.

Lost one of the suit coats once when I let a friend of mine from the time borrow one of them to wear for my wedding with my ex. Dude never returned it.

Ex-wife got rid of the other suit, most of the ties, my closet hanger for ties, some of the dress shoes, and much of my other nice stuff I also had to go with it. Then she divorced me. I have yet to replace any of it 3 years later.

2 suits I think (that I hopefully never have to wear again)? Not sure I even currently have a pair of dress shoes.

Have 1 black and 1 grey suit for weddings and funerals

Have probably like 4-5 pairs of dress shoes probably

Like 1 santoni mouse grey that’s actually nice

1 black and 1 brown lace up and 1 black and one brown loafer

Think most of them are tods

Don’t really ever wear them more than a few times a year but it’s nice to be flexible with outfits when you do need to dress up.

3 suits (charcoal, navy, and black), almost never wear them, not sure where you guys are going where you regularly wear a suit

I'd get a nice made to measure suit if I had anywhere to wear it

7 suits
15 ties
4 pairs of dress shoes
probably 10-12 pairs of dress socks.

I used to have to wear a suit to work. and being 6'6" 255, they're all special builds....... Now they're all at the back of my closet. I wore one about a month ago to a weeding and before that it was about a year...for another weeding.

Suits: 40+

Dress shoes: 0

I wear chelsea boots instead of dress shoes and I will guess at a couple of dozen.

Currently have two suits and adding at least one more soon, plus I have my tux. Donated the older ones I had. I also have 5 or 6 sportcoats for slightly more casual situations. Two pairs of dress shoes plus some nice loafers that can stand in when it's more of a sportcoat and odd trousers situation.
