Will platinum members be getting a refund for the down time?

I JUST bought my yearly platinum membership on black Friday and a week later the site is down. I think it is only fair a partial refund is issued, or platinum members at least get double rep power for a few weeks.

You have to go to the platinum misc subforum. Only regular misc was down.
