I love onions and garlic, and would eat a lot of those if they didn't make you stink. If you eat any significant amount, you're going to stink to other people whether you realize it or not (speaking from experience of people telling me I stink because I had garlic the night before and shyt like that).

I've tried that once or twice when i was sick with a cold or something.

Felt good & maybe helped, dunno, but definitely wouldn't leave the house the next day, after chomping a full onion.
