How to get massive sleep gains.

I took out the fuse for floor heating & dropped the heaters down to 22c.
Its about 18-20c here 24/7 now & ive been sleeping like a baby. Boss told me i could keep monday/tue off. Been sleeping 10hrs/night since friday.
Usually on my days off i barely hit 8 back when the house was warm as fk.

Save electricity
Better sleep
Better money, better BITCHES, BETTER EVERYTHING

Around here everything freezes under 30 degrees not sure how you're surviving bro
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**

There's an old saying 'to get a good night's rest you should sleep in a cave'. Not literally. It means to sleep in complete darkness and in a room that is on the cold side. You'll get better Melatonin and GH levels.

I'm in The Great White North and the outside temp is currently -24C. If you're an American Conservative and don't know how to convert that to Fahrenheit just ask your teacher at your trailer park elementary school tomorrow.

This. That's what I greatly prefer.

And years before I ever set foot in Canada, I could convert mentally w/o prob. 32F = 0C. 212F = 100C. -40 is where they both meet up.

Gotta thank my HS chemistry teacher for this.

My place is currently 64. I like anything from 62-68 for sleep. Anything over 70 and I'm opening the windows I don't care how cold it is outside.

Take the temp like 100C and times by 1.8 and add 32 and you get 212F. Reverse for negative numbers.
