Can anyone match this ad blocking result?

Test here:https://d3ward.github.io/toolz/adblock.html

Did this on mobile browser Vivaldi. I couldn't match this with mobile browsers Kiwi, Brave, or Firefox (using ublock origin on Kiwi and Firefox, and custom ad block lists on Brave).

Curious if you can match this on desktop too.

Edit: got 99 out of 100 here:https://adblock-tester.com/

if you been using adblockers a while you know you can turn them off on some sites just to get the site to work so you probably been doing that some and it lowers the score
