CAN the flu..

Affect 2 people differently?

Wife had stomach issues and a fever.
Few days later developed laryngitis

I have it all.
High fever, chills, nauseous, migrane, sore throat.

Did I get sick from her?

Its most likely you got sick from her. My bro and his wife are also sick.

The flu/cold/covid is super contagious. You'll get sick within 5 minutes in the same room with the person if they start coughing.

Yes, you can get different symptoms, especially if it's COVID.

Knew a family where of the two parents one had general symptoms but the other ended up in hospital with respiratory issues, and their child didn't even have symptoms at all.
