Just look at Ratfish. Completely bald, zero muscle mass, fat and disgusting.

Dude has zero free testosterone judging by his looks, every single molecule of testosterone produced by his testies is instantly converted to DHT.

And the end result is someone highly intelligent, witty and completely bald and disgusting looking. At the opposite side of that spectrum is notbadnotbrad, full head of hair, zero wit, dumber than a single celled organism.
