Hey board certified here. You'll need to wait 6 years before returning to lifting weights.

I’ve had so many injuries. A doc will say don’t work don’t workout but what do they know? Just do stuff when you feel you are ready. I’d hate to break a hand though. That might not ever be the same. Just I take calcium and sarms

Hands can be tricky since we always move them. Broke mine last year and it took a few months for me to be able to do everything in the gym I could do before.
There's still pain though and still a little bubble on the bone, chit takes longer to heal than any other injury I've had...

I just anticipate grip being an issue going forward.
Back movements are out entirely

For me I couldn't do any pressing or pulling for a couple months, then I started light and worked my way back to the heavy stuff. Grip takes the longest to come back, but it does.
The main key is keep moving and working it so you increase blood-flow. The biggest mistake one could make is continuous rest. There comes a point where moving it and working it is vital for recovery.
I did allot of wrist curls/reverse wrist curls with a light dumbbell and drank mineral water.
