Because people want to believe you can look like a pro athlete or Hollywood action starts without gear. The average personWAAAAAYYYYYunderestimates how many people are on it so if you admit to being on gear people won't take your advice thinking you cheated to get your physique. Meanwhile a few months back he did an interview with Pete Rubish saying it's basically his job to help fake nattys cheat drug tests and was laughing about it.
