"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Surprised most of you ****g0ts buy meat from the grocery store. I typically only get vegetables, fruit, bread, and milk. Find a small local farmer that you like and buy meat from them.

There are two butchers nearest to me. One is run by some old guy who won't tell me where he gets his meat (lol) and the ground beef has to be 70% lean. The other is better, but the sizes of the cuts are small and they charge like $9/lb for ground beef.

but yeah I stock up on the grass-fed stuff at the store when it's on sale. the average grocery store shopper doesn't want that stuff because it's too expensive for them, I guess

Thought you had some land in the south? Why don’t you have chickens? They are easy af, taste better, 100x more fresh.
